Invite onlyWe’re finishing our test phase. Email us for an invite and we’ll set your books up ourselves.
How it works

One inbox. Zero data entry.

Three steps. You only review the lines that don’t agree.

01

Send it in

A private address on your Inbox page. Point a mail rule at it and vendor email lands there on its own — batches, zips, or a stack scanned into one PDF.

02

It waits, then matches

Invoices with no statement yet sit under the vendor’s name. The statement arriving is what triggers the match — line by line, amounts side by side.

Approve the exceptions

Clean matches queue for sign-off. Each unmatched line says why. Add a missing invoice, drop one that shouldn’t be there, re-run for free.

Questions that come up

Do invoices need to be typed up?

No. Scanned paper, PDFs with no text layer, and phone photos of handwritten invoices all work.

What if an invoice arrives late?

Add it to the reconciliation and re-run. Re-running is free and doesn’t touch your document count.

Where does everything end up?

File storage — searchable and permanent. Download any reconciliation as one package: the summary plus every source document.
