Five businesses? Each keeps its own books, all under one login. Switch businesses from the sidebar, without signing out. Nothing gets mixed up. Each business gets its own forwarding address, so invoices land in the right inbox. Every business gets the same check: statement lines matched, exceptions flagged, then approved. Work waiting in any business shows up in one place. All five share one pool of 7,500 documents a month, on one bill. Each business sends to its own QuickBooks, or exports its own Sage 50 file. Paid bills go to QuickBooks with the PDF attached, once you click send. Give your accountant read-only access, limited to the businesses you choose. They can find and download every paid bill, but can't change anything. Multi-Business is $700 a month, with five businesses included. Add more for $149 each. Fifteen days free, card required.

Questions
Can I add a sixth business?
Yes. Past five, extra businesses are $149 each by arrangement (email us), adding 1,500 documents to the pool.
Does each business get its own books?
Yes. Vendors, inbox, packages, File storage and Sage 50 settings are separate for each business.
Can I start on Business and move up later?
No. The plan is chosen when you sign up, so choose the one that matches how many businesses you run.
What counts as a document?
Anything taken in and read: one invoice, one statement, one page of a scanned stack. Re-runs of the same documents don’t count again.
