Anything taken in and read: one invoice, one statement, one page of a scanned stack. Re-runs of the same documents don’t count again.
Nothing stops. We keep processing and bill the difference at $0.15 a document — you’ll see a notice at 80% and again at 100%, and never a hard stop in the middle of a close. A shop sending 300 documents a month uses about a sixth of the Business allowance.
